LAND O' LAKES LANDINGS

Land O’ Lakes Landings is slated to be a 13,000+ sq ft retail center outside the popular Connerton master-planned community. Located at the NW corner of the Connerton property in booming Pasco County, LOL Landings has excellent visibility on the busy US-41. LOL Landings is a REIF Spec I project that will service exceedingly well the “emerging market” growth corridor in Land O’ Lakes. Tenants anxious to serve the Connerton population, as well as Pasco residents heading to and from Tampa from Land O’ Lakes are lining up to lease space in this new retail center.

    ROOMS TO GO / SOWC
SPG purchased the NW corner of Bruce B. Downs Blvd and SR-56 in Wesley Chapel in Pasco County. Within 18 months SPG leased the land for a development of a prototype Rooms to Go/Rooms to Go Kids furniture store, then sold the project to Rooms to Go.

    SHOPPES OF SHELDON

Shoppes of Sheldon is a 15,000 sq ft retail development on 2.5 acres just South of Waters Avenue on Sheldon Road in Tampa. The project features a Chevron filling station and convenience store, along with an Amscot financial center and various retailers.
 
       
    SHELDON OFFICE PARK

Immediately behind the Shoppes of Sheldon is a Phase II project, Sheldon Office Park, consisting of 10,000+ sq ft of office/condo buildings. The business center serves the West Tampa area, providing easy access to homes, small and large businesses, and Tampa International Airport. On 4.15 acres just ½ mile North of SR-56 in Bruce B. Downs Blvd in Wesley Chapel, Shoppes of Wesley Chapel is a 42,000 sq ft shopping center. Featuring several restaurants and a mix of retail services, Shoppes of Wesley Chapel is ideally located on the busiest N-S road in Wesley Chapel. The Shoppes sits amid tens of thousands of new homes and directly across the street from a proposed hospital facility. Shoppes of Wesley Chapel broke ground in mid January 2007 with a $9.8 million project budget.
